Shipping & Returns

How your order reaches you, and what to do if something is not right.

1.Delivery

Delivery across the United Kingdom is arranged and paid for by Priansi Limited. There is no separate delivery charge — it is included in the price you see.

Goods are dispatched once payment has cleared in full, and are delivered within 10 business days of cleared payment unless a longer period is agreed with you in writing.

Larger items, such as seating and desks, may be delivered by a specialist courier who will arrange a suitable delivery window with you in advance.

2.Receiving your order

Please inspect your Goods on delivery for quantity, completeness and condition. Risk in the Goods passes to you on handover.

If anything is missing, damaged or not as described, notify us immediately so we can put it right.

3.Defects and claims

If a defect or latent fault is discovered on delivery or during the manufacturer's warranty period, send a written claim to us within 3 business days of discovery, including photographs or video showing the issue.

Where a claim is justified, we will remedy the defect or replace the Goods with new items at our own expense within 20 calendar days of receiving the claim.

4.Warranty service

All Goods carry the full official manufacturer's warranty. We supply every document you need to exercise your warranty rights, and we are glad to help you do so.

5.Questions

For anything relating to delivery, a defect or a return, please contact us — we will respond promptly and work with you to resolve it.
